Located on the mezzanine level of Hollywood’s Roosevelt Hotel, The Spare Room is a sleek, old-timey gaming parlor and lounge built on social interaction. The stylish, Art Deco-inspired space – which is known for touting some of the best cocktails in the city – is anchored by two polished wood bowling lanes, with the likes of mahjong and mancala available for those looking for a classic table game.

In addition to bowling, there are other games and a secret photobooth to add to the fun for any group event. The perfect spot for a bachelor or bachelorette party, or even a fantasy draft event. There is no charge for guests to play games. Shoe rental is included in the fee for the bowling lanes.
There is wireless internet access and they have audio equipment which consists of two Technics 1200 turntables with Serato, microphone and Ipod input. DJs are to provide their own needles and headphones and the video equipment consists of one HD 92" drop down projection screen with a VGA cable and input for powerpoint presentations and there are two 50" TVs behind two-way mirrors at the front and back of the room. The professional sound engineer can provide all of the necessary equipment and audio management for a live musical performance.
The secret photo booth produces two high-quality, black and white, self-laminating photo strips that can be personalized with a logo of your choice for a fee.
There is 1 space option available where you can host events, and it ranges in capacity from 6 to around 200.
