Élephante is the latest "it" spot, from designer and restaurateur Nick Mathers, joining Santa Monica’s burgeoning restaurant scene. Élephante is a Southern Mediterranean-style rooftop restaurant, complete with ocean views and a beautiful indoor-outdoor space.
The intentional design brings together elements from Northern Africa and Southern Italy through textiles, custom furniture, and a seamless blend of warm, homey woods and natural stone. Guests can savor a glass of wine at any of the three bars or cozy up to the outdoor fireplace for dinner. The menu consists of light coastal Italian fare, which includes wood-fired pizzas and homemade pastas.
A seriously gorgeous space located in Santa Monica. Perched up on the second floor with great ocean views, this chic space is meant to be enjoyed. You will feel instantly transported - the design is flawless and there are many options for various groups sizes. This space opens up beachside making it the best of both worlds.
THE SPACE
There is 1 space option available where you can host events, and it ranges in capacity from 12 to around 40.
Smaller events can be discussed upon request.
Larger events can be discussed upon request.
LA County Covid-19 Message
Due to LA County Department of Public Health mandates, restaurants are unfortunately unable to host parties larger than 6 people at the moment.
However, there are many options for small scale celebrations via drop-off and take-out. Please go to the restaurant website if you are concerned about current safety information as the rules are frequently changing based on local city and county regulations.
